Medical, Criminal, or Fire Emergencies: Call 911 

Give your name and explain the emergency.  Ambulance, Police and/or Fire Department will come.

If appropriate, fill out an Incident Report and file it with the office.

 

Maintenance Emergencies

If it is a Building Emergency, call: 416 567-2616

Who will answer?  Property Services Inc. (PSI) will answer your call.

What can I expect?

  1. First, they will see if they can help over the phone.
  2. If they can’t, they will send someone to the building to deal with the problem.

What is a Maintenance Emergency?

  1. Plumbing Emergencies. For example:
    • Water gushing out of any pipe
    • Overflowing sinks due to clogs or taps that won’t turn off
    • Clogged toilets
  1. Electrical Emergencies. For example:
    • There is no electricity in your whole unit
  1. Elevator Emergencies. For example:
    • Someone is stuck in the elevator
    • An elevator is stuck on a floor
  1. Door Emergencies. For example:
    • The front or back door to the building isn’t functioning properly
    • The garage doors aren’t functioning
  1. Lock-Outs. For example
  • If you have lost your keys and have no way of entering your apartment.
  • Note: depending on circumstances, member may be charged for this service.

 

Parking Permits: You cannot get a parking permit by calling the Building Emergency number. Please get your parking permit during office hours. Note that there is parking on the street overnight until 7:00 a.m. on weekday mornings.
