Our Facilities

In addition to our spacious, clean suites, Broadview Housing Co-op offers a number of facilities and amenities to help enhance your living environment.

Grounds

​

Our co-op is surrounded by mature trees and well-maintained gardens. At the rear of the co-op is a garden area with park benches that provide a fantastic view of the city, complete with a children’s playground that features a recycled rubber playing surface.

Common Room

​

Located on the P2 Level (Parking Level 2) of the building, our spacious common room has a capacity for approximately 100 people, and is furnished with a fully-functional kitchen, two washrooms, two large storage closets, a meeting room, tables and chairs. The Common Room is available for casual use by members and as rental for special occasions.

Parking

​

Two levels of underground parking are available to our members for a nominal monthly fee. Our parking garage also features a secure bicycle lock-up area, and a car wash station. Both levels are protected by a closed-circuit camera system.

 

Laundry

​

We have a large laundry room on the P1 Level, featuring 7 washing machines (including one large-load washer) and 7 dryers, as well as a large folding table. The laundry room is also protected by our closed-circuit security camera system.

 

Lockers

​

All members receive one storage locker at no extra charge, located on one of the two underground levels.

 

Waste Management

​

All units receive a blue bin for recycling, with a large recycling room provided on the first floor. We are currently investigating the possibility of implementing a composting program as well.
